Summary:

Year 1976, Yugoslavia. Good example of brotherhood and unity can be found on local radio station, where everyone has a merry time. Team received an award for most “homogenous team”. But this team quickly starts falling apart as they discover the awards is actually meant to be for the best individual worker. So they decide to organize democratic voting in order to vote really the best one out of their team. But things get complicated as each of them gets one vote – his or her own voe – and new “elections” shall be organized. Now it's time for making stories against each other, accusations, persuasions like at real democratic elections. The only difference in this tv-drama is things are funny.
