| Summary: | Slovenian average Christian family lives a comfortable life in the suburbs. Mom is a housewife and taking care of the house and family well-being. Father is a constructor and respected citizen in his hometown. He would like to become a grandfather. Daughter is a student and she resists any general and petty-bourgeois thinking. She is a fighter for justice and equality. Father would like her to settle down and to have children. She opposes him. Father gets actively involved in the petition against construction of a mosque in his town. He makes a promise to members of community, if there’s ever going to be a mosque in their town, he will get circumcised. Mother is in panic and worried about their sex life, his daughter resent his involvement in the petition. She decides to finally bring her boyfriend over a dinner on Thanksgiving day. |
