Summary:Palo, a young Slovak teenager, is concerned only with girls and booze, until his father gives him a peculiar present for his eighteenth birthday - a job in a coal mine. The situation gets complicated when Palo tries to avoid this traditional but hard work and start to look for other ppossibilities. In the end he finds the only way that brings him to the brink of adulthood.
