Summary:

On a rainy night, a tramp knocks on the door, looking for shelter. Not knowing, he knocks on the door where the master of the house has just died, leaving the mistress alone. The wanderer joins the mistress in sprinkling, who leaves him alone for a short while, as she wants to find a neighboring shepherd to keep her company. Then the master of the house wakes up and reveals that he is not really dead, but only acting. The tramp promises him not to reveal his secret. When the mistress returns, she confesses and reveals that she is not happy in her relationship with the master and that she blames him for his rudeness. The master is angered by this and reveals himself to be not dead again. Then he takes out his anger on his wife and throws her out of the house along with the tramp.
